Nina Simonds

Nina is an internationally recognized facilitator and executive coach with 18+ years of experience supporting leaders and teams in creating transformational change in themselves and their organizations.   She approaches her clients with curiosity and compassion and is valued for her discernment and insights during the coaching conversation.   Nina is dedicated to helping leaders develop the presence, mindsets, and concrete skills to thrive at work and at home.  She is on faculty with the Coaches Training Institute, is certified in Organizational Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC,) and holds an MA from the University of Chicago.  She lives in Seattle with her spouse Andy and yellow lab Zoey.

Julie Pham, PhD

Dr. Julie Pham is the founder of CuriosityBased, a consulting practice helping organizations foster more curiosity to build trust, communication, and collaboration.


As an award-winning community leader and Cambridge and Berkeley-trained researcher, Dr. Pham has built partnerships among unlikely allies, such as:

  • ethnic media outlets
  • philanthropists and social entrepreneurs
  • immigrant-, refugee-, and people of color-owned micro businesses


As a writer and speaker, Dr. Pham is known for her willingness to get vulnerable, to reframe the way we look at common assumptions, and to offer practical advice combined with a thought-provoking call to action.
